The emerging proposal seeks to provide:

• A mixture of up to 65 high quality new homes, including starter homes and affordable housing.

• Support the expansion of local services, such as education and health facilities.

• New planting and wildlife features to deliver a Biodiversity Net Gain In line with national policy.

• Highways upgrades where necessary to preserve highways safety.

• New drainage features to control surface water run-off and prevent flooding.

• Retained tree belts around the site to ensure it remains well contained.

• New green public open space for the community.

• The eastern area of the site has been dedicated for green space.
